The recent Kiswa Art and Culture event was an absolutely phenomenal experience for our entire school and wider community. The Kiswa group delivered an exceptional and enriching programme that truly brought history, culture and spirituality to life.

Our students, staff, and community members were captivated by the group’s astounding depth of knowledge and their warm, personable approach. The presenters were not only experts in their field but also incredibly engaging and down to earth, creating an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome to learn, ask questions and explore.

Over 600 students, 100 staff, and approximately 3,500 members of our local community had the privilege of benefitting from this extraordinary event. The opportunity to see, touch and even smell authentic artefacts, some dating back more than 240 years was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. These beautifully preserved items provided a tangible connection to history and faith, offering a sensory and educational journey that will be remembered for years to come.

The event left a lasting impression on all who attended, deepening our appreciation for Islamic art, heritage and the stories behind the sacred traditions of the Kiswa. We are incredibly grateful to the Kiswa Art and Culture Group for providing such an inspiring and meaningful experience that enriched our school and community in every possible way.
