Councillor Zainab Raja, former Mayor of Luton, attended the Kiswa Exhibition held on Sunday 1 February 2026 at the 360 Venue on Gipsy Lane, Luton.
She described the exhibition as “inspirational, educational, and something much needed,” highlighting its importance in teaching communities about the holiest city in Islam. Councillor Raja praised the event for deepening understanding of the Holy Kaaba in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and for providing a meaningful opportunity to connect with Islamic history and heritage.
