Pakistani Community Centre Derby

On Saturday, 6th September 2025, the Pakistani Community Centre proudly welcomed the Kiswa Arts Exhibition, a truly historic and spiritual event that brought together hundreds of visitors from across the community.

The day began with the beautiful recitation of the Holy Qur’an, setting the tone for an atmosphere filled with reverence and reflection. Throughout the day, attendees were guided through a narrative journey that highlighted the deep history, artistry, and spiritual significance of the Kiswa – the cloth that covers the Holy Kaaba in Makkah.

The exhibition turned into more than just an event – it became a gathering of hearts and minds, where heritage, faith, and culture came alive under one roof. The strong turnout from the community showed the immense respect and love people hold for this sacred tradition.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Al Nisa Events for giving us this golden opportunity and making the exhibition possible. Their support and dedication were crucial in bringing this vision to reality

Most importantly, we thank the community, whose presence, encouragement, and enthusiasm made this exhibition such a great success. Together, we are keeping alive the spirit of Islamic heritage and culture
